Principal and Founder
Jessica Sharpe is a nationally respected cultural strategist and operations leader with more than three decades of experience shaping visitor-centered destinations, complex public spaces, and major cultural institutions. Known for her ability to balance mission, revenue, and exceptional guest experience, she has led multimillion-dollar earned revenue programs, managed large cross-functional teams, and guided organizations through transformational moments — from capital expansions to major public launches.
Jessica’s career includes senior leadership roles at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where she oversaw $15M+ in earned revenue and built integrated visitor engagement systems. As a consultant, Jessica has partnered with major real estate and cultural development projects to build visitor engagement strategies from the ground up.
Through J Sharpe Solutions, she brings deep operational expertise, strategic clarity, and a collaborative, people-first approach to clients navigating growth, change, or new opportunities.
